This policy explains how Dr. Chainulu Saripalli ("we") collects and uses personal information through drchainulu.com, including the online second-opinion form. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Second-opinion form: your name, age, gender, city, phone number, email, the health details you choose to share (your condition, symptoms, medical history, medicines, reports you have), and your appointment preferences.
- Appointment requests: when you use the booking form or WhatsApp buttons, the details you type are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email, including any reports or images you attach.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools on this website.
When we collect it
The second-opinion form sends your answers to us only after you tick the consent box and press Send via WhatsApp or Send via Email. Nothing is sent while you are still filling it in.
How we use it
- To review your case and give you a second opinion
- To contact you and arrange an appointment
- To keep a record of your enquiry for your ongoing care
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Second-opinion submissions are saved in a private Google Sheet (Google Workspace) that only Dr. Saripalli and authorised clinic staff can open. Messages reach us through WhatsApp or email. These services act only as storage and delivery providers. If you are seen at Marwellus Clinics & Diagnostics or Citizens Specialty Hospital, the relevant details become part of your medical record there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for your care and as required by medical record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to treatment.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect care already given. Write to us using the contact details below.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
